There is a misconception that you have to purchase an entire bitcoin when you first decide to enter the space. However, this is far from the truth. Any individual may invest as little or as much as they deem fit. This is primarily a relief if you are new to cryptocurrencies and feel like you only want to dip your toes in for starters to learn. This is also, of course, encouraged as it allows you to learn about the technology with minimal investment. You may find yourself asking, okay, but how does it work? How do I buy only a part of a bitcoin? The answer is relatively simple. A bitcoin can be broken down into one Satoshi(The smallest unit of a bitcoin.) a Satoshi is equivalent to 100 millionth of a bitcoin. Much like a penny is 100th of a dollar!
